Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because we reserve this time specifically for you, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill that time, and other clients miss the opportunity to book. Cancellation Fees 48 to 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service(s) No-show: 100% of the scheduled service(s) Late Arrivals Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely and without impacting other scheduled appointments. In this case, the appointment will be canceled and 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Appointments Booked Within 24 Hours Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Multiple Services Appointments consisting of multiple services that are canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 100% of the reserved services, as these appointments require a significant amount of reserved time. Promotions & Discounts Cancellation and no-show fees are based on the full retail value of the scheduled service(s). Discounts, promotions, memberships, gift certificates, and coupons cannot be applied toward cancellation fees.
